Why We Started
Supernacural Weekend
Every January, we convene at Supernacular Weekend to reflect, set goals and support each other. Through conversation and collaboration, we leverage each others skillsets to reach our goals. This leads to an entire year of co-created programming, deep connection, and local impact.
We have seen the magic that has emerged from the people in this community and want to spread this to cities around the world.
The Founding Supers
Sahil Dhingra
Sahil is a community builder at heart, loves meaningful conversations, and stepping outside his comfort zone. He believes that we are all capable of greatness, and becoming our best is sometimes just about asking ourselves the right questions, taking risks on our creative ideas and feeling supported by others. He is a lawyer, life coach, and professional speaker who has spoken at over 100 leadership conferences, including a TEDx talk.
Sahil Dhingra

Elan Marko has rock-climbed over 280,000 vertical feet, across over 300 cliffs around the world. He started his first business when he was 10 and now works with Entrepreneurs to optimize their performance and productivity with his consulting company Business Basecamp. Absolutely obsessed with how habits transform lives, he created a program to teach people to become their best selves called Habit Hackers.

Joyce Lee
Joyce’s first word was “awesome”. Before she learned how to crawl as a child, she was already practicing the yoga poses. When she is not busy challenging the status quo at the government using big data or creating impact through enabling social enterprises, she loves experimenting with cross-cultural food. Joyce lives in a world of limitless possibilities.
