We begin at 7:30pm on the Friday with a welcome ceremony (please eat dinner prior to arrival), and finish after dinner at 7:30pm on the Sunday.

Then you’ll get exclusive details on the upcoming Supernacular Weekend, access to pre-weekend meetups, and a sneak peak into the Supernacular Journal to work on before Supernacular Weekend. Enjoy the beauty of an epic retreat centre for 3 days and 2 nights where all your meals and snacks are taken care of. Your ticket also includes all programming, workshop materials, and a Supernacular Life Journal. Your needs will be taken care of for the entire weekend, so you can focus on creating your plan for your New Year.
This year, we have three ticket tiers:
Supernacular Weekend believes in getting the right group of changemakers in the room, regardless of financial constraints. We offer 5 subsidized tickets per event to help those who need the support. Please fill in our Subsidy Application Form and our team will be in touch with you. The Deadline to apply for a Subsidized Ticket is December 31, 2017.
Because there may be alcohol on-site, Supernacular is only for those 19+.
Each room has shared accommodation, and are individually heated. There are plenty of washrooms and showers with spacious separate male and female areas.
You’ll have your own bed, all bedding is provided, and you’ll be sharing a room with 2-3 other participants. We assign roommates based on common interests from your application and have found this leads to great connections that last beyond the event.
Once your application is accepted, we will send you a registration form to fill out. This will help us get information about your dietary needs, allergies, roommate preferences, whether you can carpool with others, and if you want a spot on a bus we might be arranging.
The weekend is really about a creating a shared community experience. Our intention is to create depth of connection, and we don’t allow people to arrive late or leave early because it breaks up the group dynamics and you won’t get the full benefit of the experience.
If you have registered for Supernacular Weekend, and can no longer attend, you are able to transfer your ticket to a friend by January 5, 2018.
In the event you need to entirely cancel your registration for Supernacular Weekend on January 19-21, 2018, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees and dates apply:
Cancellation between August 1, 2017 up to and including December 31, 2017, the customer will get a 85% refund.
Cancellation between January 1, 2018 up to and including January 5, 2018, the customer will get a 65% refund.
Cancellation between January 6, 2018 up to and including January 19, 2018, the customer will get a 50% refund.
