When is Supernacular Weekend?

There’s two dates this year!
January 13-15, 2017
and January 20-22, 2017.

We begin at 8pm with a welcome ceremony on the Friday, and finish after dinner on 9pm on the Sunday.

What is Supernacular Weekend?

Supernacular Weekend is a retreat for reflecting on the previous year and creating your best year in 2017. Supernacular was built with three pillars in mind: Community. Growth. Breakthroughs.

Community: Our goal is to connect you with like-minded individuals who value growth, impact, and connection. Get ready for Hi5’s, Super hugs, and unforgettable memories.

Growth: At Supernacular, we believe in growing individually and together. Through conversation and collaboration, we leverage each others skill sets to reach our goals.

Breakthroughs: Through reflection, building awareness and stepping out of our comfort zone, we support each other in breaking patterns, identifying triggers and letting our authenticity shine through.

Supernacular Weekend believes in getting the right group of changemakers in the room, regardless of financial constraints. We offer 5 subsidized tickets to help those who need the support.

Is there an age limit for Supernacular Weekend?

Because there may be alcohol on-site, Supernacular is only for those 19+. We will be checking IDs at registration.

What are the Accommodations?

Each bedroom is comfortable and individually heated, keeping guests cozy during winter retreats. There are plenty of washrooms and showers with spacious separate male and female areas.

You’ll have your own bed, all bedding is provided, and you’ll be sharing a room with 2 other participants. We assign roommates based on common interests from your application and have found this leads to great connections.

What about Food, Dietary Restrictions, and Transportation?

Once your application is accepted, we will send you a registration form to fill out. This will help us get information about your dietary needs, allergies, roommate preferences, whether you can carpool with others, and if you want a spot on a bus we might be arranging.

Can I Join for Part of the Weekend?

The weekend is really about a creating a shared community experience. Our intention is to create depth of connection, and we don’t allow people to arrive late or leave early because it breaks up the group dynamics and you won’t get the full benefit of the experience.

What is your Refund Policy?

We don’t offer refunds. We do, however, offer transfers. If you can no longer make it to Supernacular Weekend please email us at info@supernacularweekend.com about transferring your ticket to a friend. Deadline for 2017 ticket transfers will be January 7, 2017.
